Michael Padon

Mike Padon has been a part of the M Financial Group family since 1978. He specializes in planning for estates and businesses in the affluent marketplace, and has been involved in some of the industry’s largest and most complex life insurance placements. He has served in numerous leadership roles in the insurance industry, including President of AALU, Chairman of the Life and Health Insurance Foundation for Education, and President of the Houston Chapter of NAIFA. He is the recipient of the Woody Woodson award representing outstanding leadership in the Houston insurance community.

Mike is a past member of the board and compensation committee at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. He also has served on the board for the Houston Alzheimer’s Association, the Business Arts Fund of Houston, and the Houston Ballet Foundation.

Mike graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Business Administration.
