Patrick Cox has extensive experience in general tax planning including issues of corporate, partnership, international and real estate taxation.

Patrick assists domestic and international clients in developing effective tax strategies for complex cross-border and domestic business transactions.  He represents businesses, investors and financial intermediaries on matters involving federal income tax issues relating to capital markets transactions as well as mergers and acquisitions.  He also advises corporations and consolidated groups on the tax consequences of debt offerings, exchanges and reorganizations.
