T & E Attends Notre Dame Tax and Estate Planning Institute

On Sept. 17 and 18, editors from Trusts & Estates attended the 41st Notre Dame Tax Planning and Estate Planning Institute in South Bend, Ind. Some of our editorial advisory board members participated in a panel on "Practical Advise for Trust Design: A Holistic Perspective," in which they did a deep dive on trust design issues discussed in a prior session and identified key issues from their varied perspectives. 
We also got to mingle with other advisory board members and panelists.
