Oranj announced the formation this week of its new Client Success Team. The four-person team provides customized, hands-on onboarding to help advisor clients get setup on the Oranj platform. They will then be there to provide follow-on support; the team’s services are free (as is the Oranj platform).
In late September, Oranj announced it added real-time text and email notification features to its platform that allow advisors and their clients to receive information without having to log in. These features were developed by a team of four summer interns recruited from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and the Illinois Institute of Technology and were led by a 2018 returning intern, who served as product manager and development lead.
Based on requests from advisors using Oranj, several other features were also introduced in September, including improvements to the platform’s insurance dashboard, bulk data tagging enhancements and new notes capabilities within client contact records.
In June, Oranj announced the TradeWarrior trading and rebalancing technology and brand had been fully integrated with the Oranj platform (it acquired the firm in April 2017) and in March the firm announced an integration with MoneyGuidePro.
