Advisor-focused fee payment processing platform AdvicePay completed a single sign-on integration with financial planning service Envestnet | MoneyGuide, according to an announcement. Advisors using both platforms will now be able to initiate the billing process for financial planning work, using AdvicePay, while working in MoneyGuide.
“This recent integration with MoneyGuide will provide needed efficiencies and time savings for advisors, enabling them to speed up the revenue collection process while engaged with the client in a financial planning relationship,” said Alan Moore, co-founder and CEO of AdvicePay, in a statement. It’s part of the firm’s push to integrate and partner with other tech providers, he added.
Earlier this year, AdvicePay inked a deal with LPL, and LPL also opted to add MoneyGuide to its ClientWorks platform. MoneyGuide also tweaked its client portal earlier this year and saw its president, Tony Leal, take a stake in a legacy and estate planning firm called Apprise Labs, which started accepting advisor-clients this spring.
