It seems being a real estate developer in New York is a dangerous profession. Just two months after the kidnapping and murder of Williamsburg real estate player Menachem Stark, a Long Island-based hotel owner has been shot in the face (luckily he survived the assault). The police believe this was a hired hit and are looking for the assailant.
