D’Aiutolo’s firm is part of UBS’s Institutional Consulting and DC Advisory Groups, a collection of small, boutique consulting firms within the bank that specialize in fiduciary services. His consultancy focuses on servicing ERISA plans, including serving as an ERISA 3(21) fiduciary for investment advice.

The firm has offices in Rochester and Buffalo, New York, as well as Boston, and serves more than 115 clients and more than $1.2 billion in retirement plan assets.

In accepting the new position at NAPA’s summit, D’Aiutolo acknowledged the contributions and accomplishments of Sam Brandwein, NAPA’s 2016-2017 president.

Other changes to NAPA’s leadership board included the additions of Jeff Acheson, former vice president at CPFA Corporate and Endowment Solutions of Powell, Ohio, as this year’s President-elect; Jania Stout, Fiduciary Plan Advisors at Hightower in Baltimore as this year’s vice president; and Brandwein will replace 2015-2016 NAPA President Joseph F.
