All-Women Advisory Team With $335 Million AUM Joins Janney

The five-person Dupre Keating Group is based in Pennsylvania and will join Janney from Morgan Stanley.

A five-person, all-women advisory team based in Berwyn, Pa., will be joining Janney Montgomery Scott, the firm announced.

The Dupre Keating Group, which has $335 million in total client assets, will join Janney from Morgan Stanley, and will also be located at Janney’s office in Lewes, Del. Jerry Lombard, president of Janney’s Private Client Group, said he was “thrilled” to welcome the advisors.

“Their highly personalized approach to help clients achieve their goals will be a valuable addition to our team,” he said. “As we continue to foster a culture focused on our clients and values, this experienced and progressive team will further enhance those efforts.”

The Dupre Keating Group’s five advisors collectively have more than 110 years in industry experience and are led by advisors Dawn Dupre and Megan Keating. Dupre said Janney’s “client-driven, people-first and inclusive philosophy” aligned well with her group’s own tenets.

“High-touch personal relationships with clients are at the center of our business,” she said. “(Janney’s) platform and support will help us continue to deepen client relationships and better serve them.”

The Dupre Keating Group is the latest addition to Janney, which has welcomed more than 240 financial advisors into the firm since 2015, according to a company spokesperson. As of the end of last year, the firm had more than $97.5 billion in assets under advisement. Last fall, Janney Montgomery Scott won two WealthManagement.com Industry Awards, including for Practice Management among broker/dealers with fewer than 1,000 advisors, and for Social Media Leadership for its “A Month of Janney Giving” campaign.
