Many employers may not be doing enough to help victims address the problem of workplace harassment, according to a WealthManagement.com survey.
In the wake of the #MeToo movement, WealthManagement.com surveyed over 300 financial advisors regarding their experiences with workplace harassment and discrimination. The consensus is that it is a problem, according to both men and women, but surprisingly few victims take advantage of the workplace protocols in place to address the issue, suggesting those policies are ineffective in addressing the issue.
