Mind the Stairwell at Merrill Lynch: A year and a half after a Merrill Lynch trader, upset by a reduction in his bonus, defecated on the floor of a trading area bathroom and proceeded to track it around the office, a similar incident has taken place at the firm. There are two important differences — this time the evidence was found in the stairwell between trading floors and this time it was not redistributed. Who is responsible and why they did it is still unknown.
