The 2004 “10 to Watch” list focused on individuals with a direct impact on regulatory issues.
From the issue: “As this year’s "Ten to Watch" illustrates, change isn’t just something of the past: It’s only beginning. The 2004 list is dominated by ‘reformers,’ and they’re examining—with intent to overhaul—the very foundation the industry is based on.”
Now we’re looking back to see where these former regulators and those called in by companies to “stop the rot and turn the boat around” are now.
