For clients with Form BE-10 filing obligations, there’s some more last-minute news. The U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Economic Analysis now allows new filers to extend the deadline to Aug. 31.
The June 30 deadline for new filers may be extended by submitting the Request for Extension by Filing by fax or email. A link to this form is provided here.
