Position Responsibilities: To start-up a personal trust department in an existing bank. Primarily developing business and getting in front of the city's centers of influence initially. Transitioning into more managerial responsibilities as time passes.

Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, JD, CFP, CTFA (nice, but not required)

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: Experience managing a trust department or company. Responsible for P&L.

Preferred Qualifications: Actually started-up a trust department or company successfully.

Additional Comments: This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate. Although a start-up situation, there is an existing bank and a very patient and supportive parent company. Unique Selling Proposition will be the quality of the localized customer service to clients and prospective clients.

Overnight Travel: 5%
