Before the pandemic, if I’d been given the option to work from home, I would have politely declined. The thought of having such easy access to my refrigerator and of feeling cooped up in a small space held little appeal. But after having worked from home for many months (with occasional trips to the office), I now see the advantages, including more time to exercise and do errands. Now that COVID-19 restrictions have started to relax, I’m ready to embrace our new hybrid reality. The pandemic
