Advisor Group announced that Pacific Capital Resource Group, a super office of supervisory jurisdiction based in Bellevue, Wash., has joined its platform under the Royal Alliance umbrella.
“The successful recruitment of PCRG underscores both the broad appeal of our network of firms with every segment of the industry, as well as our continued strong momentum,” said Greg Cornick, president of advice and wealth management at Advisor Group.
PCRG oversees a total of $975 million in client assets and supports about 40 advisors. It offers retirement planning, wealth advisory services, investment planning, and insurance solutions to families and individuals, as well as business planning, valuation, benefits and insurance services to small businesses.
“Our entire team was eager to join forces with a firm that shares our growth vision, our values and our commitment to serving our financial professionals," said Kurt Johnson, co-founder and CEO of PCRG. "We found all of that and more with Advisor Group and Royal Alliance, where there is a clear belief in the power of our ‘team of teams’ approach.”
Royal Alliance is a subsidiary of Advisor Group, a network of independent wealth management firms that also includes FSC Securities, KMS Financial Services, SagePoint Financial, Triad Advisors and Woodbury Financial Services. Securities America, another broker/dealer part of the network, recently had Investacorp and Securities Service Network consolidated into it.
PCRG supports advisors in Bellevue; Lake Oswego, Ore.; and Scottsdale, Ariz. It will add to Advisor Group’s 11,100 financial professionals and over $450 billion in client assets.
