Last year, I wrote “A Life Insurance Agent’s To-Do List for 2023.”1 It’s a new year, and time for a new list. But instead of delineating my own list, I’m going to take a more conversational approach, one that will help agents fashion their own lists. And, keeping with the conversational tone, I’ll pretend that I’m talking directly to an agent.
Rather than just moving into the individual steps for a list, let’s consider the whole staircase, meaning your perspective on the demographic, business, competitive and even political trends that could form the basis for the items on your list.
