Me too! as soon as the check hits my account I am going to do the pro forma. That is all I have been waiting on. I can’t see a reason not to go to FINET. You keep all of your clients. You keep all retention. You get a higher payout. Seems like a no brainer. I don’t see what I am missing.
I don't see what you are gaining.  Everything that you hate about the company will still be there.  Not a thing will change except you are now even more dispensable.  It is still the same company...

I was also told that I would have to pay it all back before switching

technically yes, but the paperwork is repapered and the loan is still in force....

What exactly are they telling you SKbroker?

Feb 19, 2010 12:43 am

Branch manager, regional and channel view approved it but somewhere after that they flagged my plans based on bs household issues. Don’t know what that means but it looks like they don’t have enough Money to pay everyone so making up lame excuses not to pay. Class action anyone?

They might be using the Forefront money for the WF Advisor Cash Flow Assistance Program.. Once the brokers pay that money back next year, I am sure the money will be given out in short order.

I was told the same thing today about householding.  several guys in our branch are looking into class action lawsuit through a firm in new york that specializes in these ytpe of cases.

This is such BS.  What a monumental handjob.

never seen so many crooks in one firm

CLASS ACTION!  What are you stupid.  How many times do you have to get screwed before you wake up and realize the only way things will get better is to find a new place to run your practice.

Finally received my email this week.  It got tied up because I am in PF.

Hopefully we see the docs soon.   I can't believe it'll be 6 months since I originally thought/was told I'd get paid.  Its a year since I thought I was going to get retention.    I'm only going to get about 30% of my 2008 year end.   I'll be happy when this is over.
