You're going to fail.  I know it, why is it wrong to tell you that before you even get going.  Would you not rather use the coming year or two doing something that does not result in failure?
Just because you're a failed planner doesn't mean that everyone else will fail like you did, puttyndacrack.

Just the other day somebody in the office was replaying
a downloaded audio file of Chris Rock's legendary--and very
insightful--"Niggaz or Black People" routine. It had everybody in
the room rollling on the floor--is it racism to laugh at a Negro
mocking Negroes?

Put...Indeed it is a sad state of affairs if you truly work in an office where brokers have nothing better to do than stand around listening to comedy. Wish I could relate, but as much as you post here, it's apparent you don't have much going on in your life anyway. Secondly, I don't know what kind of Human Resource training your firm requires but most wall street firms require their people complete an annual certification for sexual harrassment issues as well as racial, ethnicity & cultural issues and they don't approve of the use of the word "Niggaz" or any deviation of da word da the office. I completed my harrassment training this year...apparently you missed that class.

Not only did I not miss those classes I was one of three who had to
endure eight of them in an effort to choose one to present to the boys
and girls in the firm.

In one of them I asked why Negroes standing at a corner waiting to
cross the street bounce around as if they were possessed with St. Vitus
Dance.  That did not seem to impress the expiditer, so when it
came time to choose somebody to present all that drivel she lost out.

Ya gotta be prepared to deal with the tough questions and the off the wall opinions.

The phrase “Niggaz and Black Folks” is the title of a Chris Rock
routine–if you’re not all gobbled up with political correctness it
will make you howl.

You do know Chris Rock, right?  Black guy.  Funny.
Hosted the Academy Awards.  Got no use for Niggaz as he calls
them.  Know him?

I'm very familiar with Chris Rock, long before he became a part of the main stream I was watching him on HBO & splitting a gut. My point was & remains that even as much as I like this comedian, his vulgar use of english & pronounced use of the word "Niggaz" is in no way appropriate for ANY brokerage office or any professional setting..no time no way no how. But with the twisted way you look at reality, I understand how you can justify it in your office but it will never be tolerated in mine.

The above is part lie, part truth. Pathological liars quickly learn to take a little truth and embellish with lies, in a vain effort to give them the appearance of telling the truth.

I have no doubts that puttyndacrack has been forced to attend EIGHT classes on sexual harassment in the workplace. Clearly, none of them "took" in his pea sized brain.

One can easily surmise that he's one of those fugly bastiges that harasses any woman within reach, because he's not going to attract the attention and affection of a normal woman, without him paying her for her time. Since he can't afford a call girl, he's forced to seek out his sexual gratifcation at his adult day care center, between bouts of rampant posting of more lies on this forum.

He's never had anything to do with the selection of said classes, because that would be akin to letting BTK teach a class to women on how to avoid becoming a victim of a serial killer.

This is a good opportunity for a message board veteran to discuss the emoticons, or whatever they call those smile faces, etc.

You will note that I never use them--and the reason is because I know when what I say is funny.  If the reader is not bright enough to pick up on the humor I don't care--they're not my audience.

I write for my fellow intelligent people and I don't need to use the equivalent of a laugh track or an "applause" sign to make my point.

A gag line is only effective when the writer lays it out there like a fly on the water.

Roger must think the reader is as dumb as he is or he too would not find it necessary to use emoticons.

What an idiot Put is.  He admits he is a "message board veteran" and he is proud of that.  What a fool.  Get back to work and make some money for your company.  You must be an anchor around their neck.

Since you're never going to have your name listed at a top producer at any firm, you might as well be the most productive troll.
