Edward Jones, Raymond James, or start independent?

Greetings. I have offers from Raymond James, Edward Jones, and an independent firm. I am trying to decide the best firm to start with. I believe RJ AMP program and EDJ have the best training for new advisors, however I always read advisors will eventually want to go independent. I have current income, and am almost 50 so a startup salary isn’t absolutely necessary, but it is appealing with RJ and EDJ. I only want to do this one time and really want to make the best long term decision. I like the people in all the companies I have spoken with and have read great things about RJ and EDJ training. I am a driven individual. I am leaning towards RJ, but curious on feedback about the different options. Thanks in advance!!!
