Question 14K (1) Within the past 10 years - have you made a compromise with creditors, filed a bankruptcy petition or been the subject of an involuntary bankruptcy petition?


My question to the forum> AFTER to the 10 year bankruptcy reporting period has past:

do we conduct U4 Amendment removing the DRP as of the BK “action date” filing trigger?
do we conduct U4 Amendment removing the DRP as of the BK "discharge date’?
