Iv been out in the field selling for 8 weeks and Im  a young college grad with military and business experience. I dont think selling is for me. 

Seems like they are bulking up the pass program, I could really use more presentation and system,  product experence. I havnt been thought how to do anything any of the tricks on the system.

Should I go to pass?

My main question is, if I go to pass and then take over a small office, what is the average number of brokers that turn through an office??
