Yes, search for companies in your area in on the Form 5500 search, find out who the fiduciary is, pitch him to review his Investment Policy Statement, or bring in a wholesaler that has the Fiduciary accredidation and help him to make sure he is in compliance.  Then remind him that his employees are limited in their investment options at the bank and they should consider going through you.
