When is the best time to host seminars?

I'm only a short time in the business and my database it relatively small. I want to do seminrs, but obviously need to fill the seats.  What do you think is the best approach and when?

Much like most things in this industry...it depends on your market.  Some market segments are most available around lunch time, others are most available in the afternoon or evening.  Certain type "A" business owners are only available in the early AM before they begin their 14 hour day.
