What biz have you just started?  Not trying to be a jerk, but it sounds like you're in the mortgage biz?  (maybe they've changed the seven since I've taken it, it has been a few yrs)

Are you referring to the Tenant In Common 1031 Property Exchange in which a Registered Rep License is required along with a Facilitator and Title company?  If so, the Census Tract Income Info is used.

Are you referring to this type of transaction?
