I thought you said you were going with RBC?
Ah so. I hope you learn from your ML mistake and avoid discussions with prospects until you and your RIA are fully registered. Saying you “just started new RIA” and asking about lists sounds like a big red flag from a compliance standpoint, as I have never heard of any state approving an RIA registration in one day.
I’m also confused about your basic strategy. Less than a month ago you said that your prospects were really attracted to ML’s lending platform, and that you felt that you “must have a strong brand credibility.” Have your priorities and those of your prospects changed in the few weeks since you wrote that?
will be registered in 5-7 days … just getting ready cant prospect a list in one day
but i can commence to get a list lol Its true that the lending lead in was a big plus and i percieved the brand was worth the shall i say pay cut but since that is no longer an option why not do the indy thing again and use the excellent training to prospect? but i now see that alot of folks do want to do biz with me i never tried to skirt any regulatory stuffI used skyview management last month. It returned 12 new clients and I have some apts set later in june. I worked thru about 400 prospects. They keep up on their garuntees, I had to return roughly 30 names and I got 30 new prospects and haven’t worked them all of the way thru. thier web site is www.skyviewmanagement.com my agent was j.c. If you talk to him tell him brian from edmond OK. refered you.
