if you are bilingual (english/Spanish) i have a spanish call center that does outbound calling. we have a wav. file that is attached with every lead we send out. the reason we do this is for quality. for both you and us. the loan officer or broker will have the opportunity to listen to the entire conversation between the customer and the call center rep.
