Lead Generation

Can anyone recommend a lead generation source? I have friends in the mortgage and real estate business who subscribe to online sources that send them leads daily.
There has to be a service out there! I enjoy prospecting via phone and email, just looking for warm leads.
Thanks!
If you’re still looking for a leads source, message me. I was using salesgenie.com and it has some great filtering tools to narrow your lists. They require a 12 month contract but I’m no longer using mine and they will let me transfer it to someone. It’s $100/month and there are 6 months left on the contract, no obligation after that. You would get 1500 leads a month and the 4500 leads that are in my account now, let me know.
A bit late for this but.....
Outbound Solutions - been very very good for us. Most other companies the quality is poor and they are not experts - this approach is less scattergun.
Give them a call and approach Karl or Simon.
I freelance as a ringless voicemail marketer. Feel free to message me! I can reach 50,000 people in a few weeks, or 300 in one second. The numbers are infinite. But what I have found is you must test your message first and run the campaign slowly. When the sales start, you can run higher numbers and take yourself off training wheels. Great for real estate, local promotions, home services, security systems, smart home technology, solar panels etcetera.
I highly recommend Facebook ads.
75% of those who make over $75K/year in the US are active on Facebook every day.
ROI is huge on FB.

Nice!
Are you using this platform to fill seats for a local seminar or something? What’s been your success with this, and what did that look like for your business?
How did you learn to use FB ads for leadgen? Are you outsourcing or doing it all in house? Also, what’s been your experience with compliance for the securities industry?
bonus: what’s your experience with using LinkedIn for this purpose?
