Try forefield.com.  I used them before I started putting out my own newsletter.  There is a free trial.  You can customize it with their FINRA approved newsletters, or you can write your own in, or a combination.

I write my own. I’d be glad to share them w/ you if I can get some credit. I only do about 1 a month, some are very time sensitive, others more topic of the day stuff. They are targeted to area finance professionals and accreduitied investors, so there’s nothing on ‘dollar cost averaging’ or simple stuff.
