Buying a lead list
20 RepliesJump to last post
I know this has been posted several times, but I wanted to post it again to get up to date info. I make around 1000-1500 calls a week so I need a good lead source (I go through them to fast to make my own list, and I want a half way accurate list, not just the white pages). Has anyone had a good experience with a lead list company?
Sales Genie. Excellent , my experience is about 8% bad numbers, and the rest are extremely accurate, i.e. if someone is listed as an owner , they are an owner. (i call businesses)
Whats your pitch, hows it going?liquid leads are the best in the industry IMO. Great leads. Sometimes they have disconnects, but I'm sure they always replace them. They have a room of telemarketers that call prospects from an accredited investor lead database, and qualify them. It doesn't get much better than that. I've tried every lead company out there, and their the most consistent.

Are those residential or business?
Businesses. The contact rate with any home leads is real bad. You have the DNC plus caller ID to battle.
Horton, he works for Liquid Leads. Stay away. Anyone who comes on here and lies about what they are doing should not be trusted. If he had been honest, it might be different.

haha... I don't work for liquid leads. I work for one of, if not the biggest wirehouses on the street. I have 4 qualifiers been in the business since 98 and manage 61 million, with my partner, and raised the majority of it through cold calling. I'm sharing my experience, and that's all I have to say on that.
Here's what I would be alarmed about: A guy who has 3104 posts in a year and a half. Seriously dude how do you have the time, you're a financial rep managing assets. If only your clients knew (if you have any) what you were doing all day. Smurf...
Problem is this fight can't be resolved... Hedge isn't willing to give up his identity($61MM between two people in 12years????) and so there is no way to prove he is connected to Liquid(although it is interesting that every topic he starts, there is a reference).
Second paragraph was a valid point that we are all guilty of..

BS. Your a shill for liquid leads. stfu and go away piker. Buy an ad

haha... Piker! Dude you've written approx 32 posts a day since you joined clown! You're worse than him. hahaha... You should be fired! You have NO business it's evident. "Go away" that's hilarious! I write educational posts to help people, and recommend companies that have helped me. I also use FNIN, United Marketing and AAA leads with real good success as well. (Yeah I work with them too right) lol.. You come on because you want posts to soothe you, because you have no business. There's absolutely no way you have any business, and be able to pump out posts like that. It's impossible! I betcha if you made 32 prospecting calls a day opposed to posts, you'd be on your way to building a business.
Don't come on and tell me stfu jr, when it's evident you need help with your biz, as any person in the biz should always learn. Seriously... it's absolutely ridiculous I have to address this, during my business day.
As the old GG saying goes, "if you need a friend get a dog, until then pick up the phone and make some calls! Whats the worse that can happen they hang up. Don't be scared, if you need help PM me and I'll be glad to help you.
You don't work for yourself.. You have NO business midget.
Ringling bros is actually in town here in NY. I think there hiring.
Now get on the phone dammit!! hahaha...
Ahhh...some good, old-fashioned RR banter. I love it. Now all we need is Ronnie to drop by and tell us about some $12mm account he just landed and my day will be complete.
Get something straight hammer, knowone calls you, bc you have NO business, there's absolutely no way you have a business, with 1330 posts in less than 2 months.
I'm not gonna tell you again, GET ON THE PHONE!!!
