Any experience with Acxiom

I was looking at options for a recent movers list, and ran across their price list.
Anyone have any experience with them?
I don’t know if links are allowed, but this is a copy of a pricelist:

It seems really cheap to me. I’m assuming $65/M means $65 per thousand? I wouldn’t think there would be more than 1k at any given time.
Oh, yeah, and I can’t quite figure out if it actually has names included.
I was hoping you all might have some insight.
it's just a list of people, no phone numbers, so no scrubbing that is the expensive part, finding phone numbers..
They have phone #s available for $10/M.
There is a minimum order of $200 but for subscription its only $50. I don’t know if the subscription is weekly, or if you can do it monthly, though. Monthly would be awesome. If less than 1000 on the list, you could get buy with shelling out less than $100/month.
Their homeowner’s list is even more interesting.
I could actually pay $15 extra for the home value, which is really helpful.
once you parse through the zip codes you want, and other demographics, you’ll be surprised how few pass the filters. In the last quarter, in a metroarea of about 2 million, I got about 45 total.
