Your settings are allowing this to happen.  Go in and edit your settings.

I take that back...whoever SENT you the message has their settings set up to send from their e-mail.  So it's actually up to THEM to change their settings to hide their e-mail address.  Just let that person know.

Wind and Volt are the most recent that come to mind, but I remember people using their REAL names and posting all their info on their profile page??? Wow!
