Nope just hate all holiday except for July 4th

I like the holidays for the main reason it gives me a free pass to get black out drunk and my wife expects me to so I usually don’t get an earfull.  I’m kinda with you though, I could do with out the holidays.

It is my belief that Scrooge got a bad rap. I think the holidays are the biggest waste of time, where people pretend to be nice and friendly for a month… If I want to be lied to I would talk my scrub clients who come up with excuses why they are putting more money away but driving BMWs…

I love the holidays. Without the holidays what is the point to the other days ?

Never thouht about it until now, but you've got a point Squash.  The holidays are just a way for Hallmark to make a s***load of money, me spend a lot of money, and give clients/prospects excuses to cancel or reschedule meetings.  Give me 4th of July or any day (Sunday?) that allows me to spend all day drinking beer and grilling outside and have the next day off work.

Its only about hallmark and money if that is what you let it become. If you celebrate the holidays for the reason behind them it is much easier to enjoy.

You guys are missing the point of Christmas.  It’s to get drunk and hit on your attractive sisters-in-law/wife’s friends.
