Non-Compete Up - Can I Send Letters?
5 RepliesJump to last post
How safe would it be to send letters to my former client base at a large wirehouse now that my non-compete is up?
The bank I am now at wants to send out to announce and invite, so to speak.
I've gotten answers from both sides of the fence - some say to harm, some say don't ever put anything in writing.
The only questionable thing I can see is them asking where I got the names/addresses, but other than that....
As far as them asking you, "Where the names came from?"; just make sure the names you send to are in the phone book or some publicly available database. Then just show them the database containing their names.
