This might be one for Bill...   Can anyone tell me?  Will the new DOL ruling on Investment Advice for Participants and Beneficiaries of 401(k) plans, 29 CFR Part 2550, also apply to 403(b) participants or is anyone aware of similar rulings for non-profits?   Thanks.
