I got a question on compensation, if you are a independent Broker for a B/D and get paid out your commissions every month. What is the rule for compensation of Idependent reps, does the B/D 1099 you as an individual or can the B/D 1099 you as a DBA (doing business as), broker dealers have to pay registered individuals or entities. Does anyone know ???
