Both are offering me dirt salary, because I’m out of college and didn’t make anything on my 2006 W2. I guess it’s the only way to go tho.

ML period has a better program and name. MS has been hammered lately in the news.
Go with the branch you like better.
All things equal, though, ML would be a better way to go. However the goals for production are much harder than MS.

Yes siree. This is very important. As a trainee, the Branch Manager can make you or break you. Line up with someone who believes in Asset Allocation and Fee Based business.
It doesn't hurt if the branch is closest to where you live because trainees put in long hours.
