Roche has had a wide variety of roles over the years including regional sales representative at Gabelli & Partners, sales specialist at Poplar Forest Capital LLC and vice president at Anchor Capital Advisors LLC. In 2020, Roche became CEO of R Cubed Global Capital and in March 2022, he co-Founded R3ETFs, a Global Dividend Growth ETF which seeks current income and long-term growth of income and capital appreciation.
