Significant changes in the traditional model of law firm offices have been occurring in recent years, accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic’s increased use of remote work for many professionals and improved technology. The increase of hybrid work schedules, such as when a professional works in the office three days a week and two days from a home office, reduces the need for persistent office space for each professional.
