Paul Marino is an experienced litigator who represents individuals and corporate fiduciaries in contested trust, estate and guardianship matters. He currently serves as the chair of the firm's Probate Controversies practice group. His recent representative trust and estate matters include the defense of a corporate executor against fiduciary duty claims, defense of individual trustees against claims regarding the validity of trust instruments and the defense of an executor in a will contest.
Paul is also the chair of Day Pitney's Pro Bono Committee; captain of Day Pitney's pro bono program and also participated extensively in the Bet Tzedek Project, which assists Holocaust Survivors with applications for reparations from the German Government. He is the recipient of the New Jersey State Bar Association's Pro Bono Award for 2013.
