John Goldsworth

John Goldsworth is a Director on the Board of the Seychelles International Business Authority (SIBA). He is a Barrister from Middle Temple, London, with law degrees from the Universities of London, Exeter and Cambridge respectively. He joined SIBA in 1996 advising on financial and legal matters after practising at the Bar in a wide variety of international business and financial situations, in conjunction with an academic legal career. Recent interests have included advising on the setting up of private foundation legislation and authorship of Private Foundations: Law & Practice.
