Denise Ouellet counsels clients in the areas of estate planning, probate administration and elder law with a special focus on life insurance trusts and issues relating to elders. Prior to Cody & Cody, Denise worked as a law clerk in Boston firms specializing in estate planning and property law. Denise holds a B.A. in Communications from Simmons College, an M.S. in Communications Management from Simmons College and a J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law and is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
