Debra Hirsch

Debra Hirsch is a  partner at Fox Rothschild LLP. She has been recognized for her expertise in tax and estate law. She concentrates her practice in sophisticated estate- and gift-tax planning, the preparation of wills and trusts, and estate administration. Debra is rated “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell and was named one of New Jersey’s “Top-Rated Lawyers” in 2013 and among New York’s “Women Leaders in the Law” in 2014.

Debra Hirsch and Sara Weinberg have co-authored a number of articles on Israeli tax law and on sophisticated estate planning in general. These studies have appeared in publications and venues, including the New Jersey Law Journal, Bloomberg BNA, and the Notre Dame Tax and Estate Planning Institute.
