Agatha's practice is focused on art law dealing with purchases, sales, loans, consignments and charitable giving of works of art.  Agatha has advised art collectors, art dealers and artists on all aspects of their art transactions, including with respect to structuring, federal and state tax issues and intellectual property and corporate matters. Agatha is also a member of the Wealth Planning practice group and counsels high net worth individuals and their families, including artists and other individuals with art assets in their estates, on tax, trust and estate planning matters.
