Aaron T. Kriss

Aaron T. Kriss is an associate in the New Haven, Conn. office of Withers Bergman LLP. Aaron works in the International Corporate Tax Group, focusing on business planning, international tax, corporate, and commercial issues for a wide variety of clients. Aaron has a particular focus on U.S. income tax issues in relation to clients' domestic and international businesses and investment structures. He has also been involved in advising clients on the IRS Voluntary Disclosure programs.
Aaron earned his B.B.A. from the University of Miami and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut and the United States Tax Court.
