Stacy K. Mullaney
Chief Fiduciary Officer, Fiduciary Trust
As Fiduciary Trust's Chief Fiduciary Officer, Stacy is responsible for ensuring that the work performed by our professionals meets the highest fiduciary standards. In doing so, she applies her legal expertise, tax planning and estate administration capabilities to implement client goals and objectives. Stacy enjoys working with her colleagues to deliver solutions to the complex issues that can arise in the management and stewardship of multigenerational wealth. She serves on the firm’s Trust Committee and has served as a Director of Fiduciary Trust’s Board since 2012.
Prior to joining Fiduciary, she was a Senior Counsel at Bank of America, Senior Counsel at FleetBoston Financial Corporation, Associate Counsel at BankBoston, and an Associate with Ropes & Gray.
Stacy holds a BA from Simmons College, a postgraduate degree in Economics from University of Sussex, in England, and a JD from Stanford University Law School. She is a Fiduciary Counsel Fellow of the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel and a past co-chair of the Boston Bar Association Trusts & Estates Section. She also serves on the Trust Executive Committee of the Mass. Bankers Association. Stacy is a member of the Boston, Massachusetts, and American Bar Associations as well as the Boston Estate Planning Council. She is a member of the Boston Club and on the Development Committee for the Community Foundation of Southeastern Massachusetts. Stacy was recognized by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as a 2018 In-House Leader in the Law.
