Penny Phillips has spent most of her career coaching and consulting financial advisors, business owners and wealth management institutions. 

Prior to co-founding Journey Strategic Wealth, Penny ran a practice management consulting firm called Thrivos Consulting. She has authored multiple practice management training programs and is an industry speaker in both the U.S. and Canada.
