Kelly provides trust administration and estate planning advice for clients in collaboration with Fiduciary’s investment officers and clients’ outside estate planning counsel. Kelly also assists with estate settlement matters and issues related to private foundations and other nonprofit organizations.
Prior to joining Fiduciary, Kelly was an attorney at Lourie & Cutler where she advised individuals and families on tax, trust and estate planning issues since 2007. She also counselled nonprofit organizations on issues relating to formation, governance and operations. Prior to Lourie & Cutler, Kelly held similar roles at the law firms of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr, Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, Winfree Law Office, APC, and Peabody & Arnold. Kelly also was a Law Clerk to Chief Justice F. Michael Kruse and Associate Justice Lyle L. Richmond of the High Court of American Samoa.
