Aisha Hunt

Aisha (Kelley) Hunt brings more than two decades of legal and financial services industry experience to her role as founder of Kelley Hunt, having worked with some of the largest and most respected asset management and law firms in the industry. The firm specializes in helping asset managers with all legal aspects of their business, including their SMA business and managing, launching, and converting/merging ETFs, mutual funds, interval funds, BDCs, CITs and other investment products across a wide variety of asset classes, as well as helping asset managers obtain novel exemptive relief.  Ms. Hunt was previously a Partner at Dechert, General Counsel at ALPS and General Counsel at Vident Asset Management. She has also held senior in-house legal counsel roles with Dodge & Cox and Wells Fargo. Kelley Hunt is a majority women- and minority-owned law firm that was founded by Ms. Hunt.
