Series 7, 63, & 65 ok?

I have heard conflicting stories about needing the Series 66 with the 7 or if you can use the 63 and 65 with your 7?

Here is what I saw on a BOA job description:

Requirements include:

Series 7 and 66 securities licenses (Series 63 and 65 are substitutable for the 66)Thanks
