I’m looking for some ideas for both phone cold call scripts and door 2 door scripts. Let me know what has been working for you.

One thing that has worked for me is making sure I only ask a question once as asking the same question twice makes you look stupid.

“just out lettin’ people know 'bout my business here in town.” PAUSE AND WAIT. “thanks for asking; it’s _____________–have you heard of us?”…
this is all you need, because from there things could go anywhere. just be sure to end with "I like to keep people informed of good inv ideas, what rates are doin', etc., so: ---your name again? and the phone# is...? Thanks--we'll keep in touch!" keep it CASUAL and SMILE and just chat. I get the ph# almost always, unless I don't ask for it cuz they shut me down too quick (no problem; not a good prospect then)May 5, 2008 4:57 am
